"Let's keep it original"

"Why is keeping it factory the best?"
(or at least a very good idea!)

2001 Removal Tips

The bezel that goes around the stereo will unsnap off along the bottom and along the edges of the stereo but it is still held by 2 screws on the top, under the panel that holds the vents and clock. You have to pry the piece that holds the vents and clock out in order to get to those 2 top screws. The vents unsnap out as one whole assembly with a little help from a regular screwdriver on the left and right side, also the top middle, going in about 2 inches deep to release the snaps on top.
