FLAT FEE REPAIR ESTIMATES

Flat Fee Repair Estimate means we do our best to keep it at that price and will contact you for approval if additional charges are needed.  THIS IS NOT THE CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE, it is the estimated total repair charge. This charge includes parts, labor, and the return shipping. If you approve this amount, we will not need to contact you for an approval of this amount or less, we will just complete the work and return it as fast as we can.

If you approve the Flat Fee Repair Estimate on the Send In Form, then you do not have to pay the $20.00 for an estimate fee. That fee is for those that want a total repair estimate after we check out the equipment, and is a non-refundable payment for that estimate.

The repair estimates are an approved amount by you for it to be repaired. The estimates are our attempt to do it at a low price, so it probably will not be much lower if unit is indeed needing repaired, which is determined by you before sending it and by us before any repair is done. First, you have read the site and gathered info on the problem, hopefully, you have used our "email a tech" to help you determine the problem before sending anything in. Then, you describe the problem on the Send in Form and attached any emails that describe it, so when it arrives (packaged properly), our technicians will be looking at what you have noted about the problem and check that the right pieces are here to repair it. If actual repair cost is going to be higher, you have not approved it and we will notify you to explain and ask if you want to spend the additional amount. If that happens and you do not want to spend any additional, we do not have any charges at all to just send it back to you. So you are protected against any higher amount, but given that option to still repair it. So, we check it out for free, but only after you have approved the repair up to the estimate amount if it is broken, and all repairs come with the 12 month warranty.

OUR WARRANTY

We warranty each repair for 12 full months.  If we advise you to send in a certain piece of equipment, that we feel is the problem, and the unit checks out to be fine and not the problem, we will no charge the checkout and the return shipping of that equipment.

We warranty each repair for 12 full months. When you purchase and then receive any used equipment from us, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Not only does the 12 - month warranty protect you if you have a problem with the unit for 1 year, you also are guaranteed to receive equipment that works for your vehicle. If there is a problem with the unit, or its compatibility with your vehicle, we will pay to have it returned to us for correction. We won't sell used equipment unless that equipment is good quality and likely to offer you at least 5 years no hassle use. Try finding a seller that will offer you that from an online auction, the equipment they sell many times won't work from the first day you receive it, much less for years, which is the reason you purchased it in the first place. The website photo's of used models for sale are not the actual equipment for sale. We leave the photo the same because we sell many of these. It is always the same model though and your satisfaction is guaranteed once you receive the unit, free of defects and working perfectly for you.

ESTIMATE FEE
If you would like to be contacted with an estimate, we can do that with a $20.00 non-refundable estimate fee. Just put $20.00 estimate fee on the Send In Form. We will contact you with the total and if you do not want to repair it, we will send it back.
